Pastor Robert J. McGinty was born in Navasota, Texas and later moved to Fort Worth, Texas where he matriculated through the Fort Worth Independent School District. A proud graduate of the 1980 class of Oscar Dean Wyatt High School, where he developed and displayed many leadership qualities in academics as well as athletics.  He has received copious certifications and degrees from Southern Bible Institute, Newbaugh College of the Bible and received a Master Peace Officers' Certification.


As a 36 Year veteran of Law Enforcement with the Tarrant County Sheriff's Department, he continued to display strength and character, integrity and honor in his role and was later elected as the first African American Constable of Precinct 2, in Arlington, Texas. Even after retirement in 2012, he has been consistent in impacting the community, serving on noteworthy Boards, Civic Groups, and organizations.  His unwavering commitment to serve others is evident from his role as Pastor for twenty one years of the Community Missionary Baptist Church.  His passion for God, the people he leads, America's youth, strengthening families, the community and for the Advancement of The Kingdom of God are unprecedented.  


Pastor McGinty has demonstrated a caliber of leadership well beyond his years. It is evident that his true calling is to always Make A Difference in whatever he puts his hands to.  His positive expression, faith in action, love for life, his family, his children and grandchildren are a true inspiration to live well and Serve with Excellence
